When we finally decided to produce a comic book, we had a colored version in mind that looked like this:
However, we didn’t really think that this would grasp the film noir look we wanted to, so we decided to just use black and white.
We also limited ourselves to only 3 shades of grey. This sometimes poses a challenge for very complex panels. But most of the time, it creates pictures that also work as thumbnails. Their basic shapes are recognizable even from a distance. In our next story, we may add one spot color to the comic: Until then, I wish you all colorful lives! PK |
